Each item is handcrafted with love, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, design, or finish are a natural part of handmade beauty and make every product uniquely yours. 

Because our festive collections are seasonal and limited, we encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If there’s a genuine quality concern or a variation that feels significant, we’re always open to reviewing your request and will do our best to arrange an exchange on a case-to-case basis. We do not accept returns.

Eligibility Window

To be eligible for an exchange, please notify us of any issue with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

When contacting us, please share:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 2–3 business days with the next steps, including exchange approval and pickup details.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

At TyouharIndia, we want you to feel happy with every purchase. To make things simple, here are the conditions under which we can process a return or exchange:

Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, we’ll gladly arrange a exchange.
 Original Condition – Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items – Items that are not damaged, incorrect, or in their original condition/packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change! If you’d like to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will already be in process and cannot be canceled.
