Order Processing

All orders are usually processed within 1 business day (excluding public holidays), depending on product availability.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day, so your celebrations stay on track without delay.

If a product requires re-stocking or faces any unexpected issue, we still aim to deliver within 5–7 business days and will keep you informed.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not standard working days for deliveries. However, during the festive season, we go the extra mile to ensure your festive essentials arrive on time.
Delivery Services and Timeframes
We offer the following delivery options for Bangalore:

Standard Delivery (Free for orders above ₹499):

Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it on the next business day.

A flat shipping fee of ₹70 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Same-Day Delivery (at an extra cost):

This service is available for a limited number of pin codes within Bangalore only for now.

Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM IST to be eligible for same-day delivery.

A special delivery fee of ₹150 will be applied at checkout for this service.

If a same-day delivery order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be delivered the next business day.
Please note: The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Delivery Notifications
Our delivery partners will keep you updated! You’ll receive an SMS or email on the day of delivery with your expected delivery window. Please ensure that someone is available at the given address to receive your festive package.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your address details are complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. TyouharIndia cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Note: Due to technical limitations with our payment partners, American Express cards may not work for some transactions. However, you can still use your Amex card by routing it through a PayPal account.
As per RBI regulations in India, all credit and debit cards issued in India cannot be used for transactions in international currencies by default, unless the cardholder explicitly enables this option with their bank.
